New IFLA Media and Information Literacy Recommendations

In cooperation with UNESCO's Information for All Programme (IFAP), the IFLA Information Literacy Section drafted new Media and Information Literacy Recommendations.

In December 2011 these recommendations were formily endorsed by the IFLA Governing Board and are now available in 6 languages. See Media and Information Literacy Recommendations

The recommendations will also be a topic at the international conference of 'Media and Information Literacy for Knowledge Societies' on 24-28 June, 2012, in Moscow, Russia.
